The Bhopal Municipal Corporation Commissioner Manish Singh convened a meeting of representatives of traders association of different parts of the city and discussed with them about removing of encroachment on the road and on sewage lines for the convenience of citizens and beautification of the city. The representatives of traders association assured to cooperate with the BMC officials to keep the city encroachment-free.

BMC additional commissioner Abhay Arvind Bedekar, Alok Sharma, counselors Swati Kaushal, and Radha Sinhal, were also present on this occasion.

Review of works
The representatives of traders'' associations assured that encroachments would be removed within the next 10 days. Manish Singh reviewed the multipurpose survey GIS, Basemap, development of infrastructure in slums etc. He asked the officials to monitor the infrastructure development works regularly, and complete them within stipulated time.
