The second workshop on city development was organised at municipality meeting hall. City residents participating in the workshop expressed their opinions for better development of the city.

The representatives of IL&FS Infrastructure, the agency which has been given responsibility to prepare the city development plan, gave detailed information of the developed city. They informed about physical, economical and social components of infrastructure development of the city in detail. The appointed consultants also told about future course of action of proposed city development plan. The development work plan''s graphics were projected on wide screen. City residents gave their advices to make the city clean and beautiful.

Municipality chairman Rajendra Jain said that there is a dream of all the residents to make their city developed and green. All the efforts are at full swing to make this dream come true, he said. He also asked for city residents'' cooperation in this effort.
