The agenda for the egovernance workshop is attached herewith .

The project presentations should preferably be made by the project officers / nodal officers and may be assisted by the Vendors.

The objective of the workshop is to apprise the Municipal corporations of the E–governance reforms being undertaken under MPUSP since inception in the last three years and its relevance to ULBs with a view to chart a course of action for the next two years in the field of E-governance with the support of MPUSP. The Workshop will update the ULBs on the work done so far project-wise.

The workshop will also highlight various eGovernance initiatives undertaken centrally at the state level and how those can be best used for ULBs

The presentations should cover the following :-

The scope of the project.
Achievement/progress so far.
How will the project benefit the corporation/citizen/urban poor.
What is the planned progress in the next four months ?
The presentations should be not more than 20 to 30 minutes depending upon the time allotted so that balance time can be used for question answers.
The presentation should be mailed to Mr Roy and me by 20th August .

Venue - The workshop shall be held in the UADD Conference hall : Palika Bhavan, Shivaji Nagar.

Attendees :
The workshop shall be attended by MSU, Commissioners /Representatives from all 14 Municipal Corporations, Project Officers, Implementing Agencies and consultants from MPUSP, E –governance consultant from the City Support Units(CSU).
